Meet Format

Format: 3.5 day meet Cuts: 2023 SC Invite cuts preferred but negotiable Type: Prelims/Final meet - Thursday night distance timed final Finals format: finals at least 16 swimmers per event Event line-up: follow 2023 SC CT Senior Championships line-up Bonus events: bonus allowance negotiable Entry fee same as CT Seniors

Host Team Responsibility

All operations of running a Championship meet Providing a meet a manager Providing a Colorado timing system operator Providing a head referee and official's staff Providing lifeguards Sending the central office volunteer and warm-up assignments for posting Create meet packets

CT Swim Responsibility

CT swim pays pool rental fee, hospitality (including beverage delivery) Provides paper and administrative items CT Swim takes the entry fee Meet announcement template will be provided. CT swim buys awards for top 3 individuals and relays. Note no Team awards or bag tags If there is no rental fee on the pool, please contact CT Swim
